Massage Therapy

Hi, my name is Alyssa Delio. I received my BA in anthropology, psychology, and Spanish at the University of South Florida in St. Petersburg Florida. I fell in love with the healing arts across the world and decided to not only study it but to become a practitioner of the arts as well. This led me to go to Erwin Tech College to attain my massage therapy education and proceed with licensure in 2019.

My goal is to help people live better lives by utilizing the healing benefits of massage, meditation, essential oils, sound, breathwork, and other various facets of the healing arts.

My passion is to help heal people inside and out. I believe self-care is needed now more than ever in today's busy world. Consistent bodywork is the key to living up to our full potential. My integrated Zenter massage combines breathwork, aromatherapy, tuning forks, guided meditation, neuromuscular, myofascial, structural energetic therapy, deep tissue, passive stretching, and oriental techniques to activate the parasympathetic system and provide lasting results. 

My intention behind the therapeutic practice is to help realign my clients' minds, bodies, and spirits back to a peaceful state of feeling and being Zentered.
